Ignite

Ignite 2.0 has a singular objective: to propel you into immediate productivity.  We believe in learning for earning’s sake.  The course contains a wealth of foundational real estate content, enhanced by productivity-based exercises, practical job aids, and powerful scripts.  Ignite 2.0, powered by Productive Agent Launchpad, runs for twelve weeks and consists of two sections - Spark, which is designed to help you get your first appointment, and Elementals, which is intended to lead you to a closed contract.

Spark

All new agents or agents looking to (re)learn the fundamentals should start here!  Spark sessions are taught Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and will teach you to:

  • Create the habits you will need to be successful
  • Generate leads through both prospecting and marketing
  • Build and run your business
  • Build your database
  • Manage your schedule and priorities

Elementals

Once the foundation is laid in Spark, new agents take their business to the next level with Elementals.  Elementals sessions are taught on Tuesdays and Thursdays and are appropriate for agents of different experience levels.  In Elementals, we cover topics such as:

  • Advanced Prospecting and Marketing Strategies
  • Listing Presentation & Buyer Consultation
  • Negotiations
  • Finances
  • Contract to Close
  • Business Planning
